Adidas, The German sportswear giant, reported to replace their biggest rival Nike, The American sportswear giant, for Brazil National team jersey. Brazilian business magazine ‘Exame’ have suggested that Adidas to a hostile $40 million annually bid that will offer the Brazilian CBF three times the amount currently offered by Nike.

Forbes has been released list of The 10 Highest-Paid Soccer Players, while still not as high as U.S. pro sports stars such Tiger Wood or Michael Jordan, soccer players earning today are getting within touching distance to the top of U.S. pro sports stars. David Beckham who always on the top list of highest earning soccer players turn down to second place, while the Barcelona soccerstar Ronaldinho turn up to the top of the list with $29.5 million earning.

Its Beckham again, yup David Beckham who will play for US Major League Soccer LA Galaxy has a new hairstyle when he come Sports Industry Awards ceremony in London. David Beckham is wearing a black tuxedo and open-necked white shirt with a silk cravat, but the most interesting side is David hair, the hair cut is an edgy interpretation of the classic short back and sides, but four hours later, when France striker Thierry Henry handed him an award for outstanding contribution to British sport, Beckham’s hair was combed up at the front. Observers agreed that the effect was very modish-gent-about-town.

After many speculation about his future in Chelsea, Frank Lampard reported by The Mirror ready to sign a mega contract offer worth £120,000-a-week or around £30 million for the next five seasons in Chelsea. This deal is reached after a direct compromise with owner Roman Abramovich. Even the contract is still not sign yet but a source close to the England star confirmed the deal is “very close” to being finalised.
