Ahn Jung-Hwan Is Back !!!
South Korean soccerstar Ahn Jung-Hwan made an excellent comeback to his homeland after hit a hat-trick as his club Suwon Samsung Bluewings demolished Daejeon Citizen 4-0. It is a first goal from Ahn since the 31 year-old last scored a club goal in his homeland seven years ago.
Ahn’s first two appearances since returning to the K-League were forgettable but he changed all that against a Daejeon side that had a number of chances of their own.
Ahn Jung-Hwan made world headlines by scoring the winning golden goal for Korea against Italy in the 2002 World Cup second round and sending Korea into the quarterfinals.
