Arsenal To Sign Ajax Striker Ryan Babel

English Premiership Club Arsenal reported to make £6 million bid for Ryan Babel, the striker of Dutch Eredivisie club Ajax. Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger seems to prepare Babel, 20-year-old, as the replacement of Thierry Henry in the future. Babel is considered to be one of the greatest talents of the Netherlands, with Marco van Basten praising Babel as the next Thierry Henry.
Babel already played 11 career games for the Dutch national team, scoring three times.[1] He made his international debut on March 26, 2005. Babel was also a member of the team that played at the 2006 FIFA World Cup.
