Bayern Munich reportedly ready to sign Arsenal Goal Keeper Jens Lehmann when his contract with the Gunners expires at the end of this season. Lehmann has already told Arsenal that he wants a two-year-deal for his new contracts, buat Arsenal only offer him one-year contracts as the regulation of the club for players over 30 years old. Lehmann is 37 years old this year. Bayern are reportedly considering Lehmann as the replacement for his great rival at international level, Oliver Kahn.

Under the Bosman ruling, Lehmann will be free to talk to Bayern about a possible transfer from January 1st, although he may opt to wait until he has heard what Arsenal are prepared to offer him.
