Barcelona reported by Marca has made an official bid for AS Roma Defender Cristian Chivu. Barcelona sports chief Txiki Begiristain has confirmed that their club has made an official bid for Chivu but no amount reported for the transfer as Roma still consider the offer.
Chivu currently plays as a central defender for A.S. Roma in the Italian Serie A. Chivu has has played for the Romania more than 40 times, and he is currently captain of his country. Chivu’s skill from set-pieces has added another dimension to his already well-rounded game. He has scored a number of free-kicks for Roma with his deft left-foot shots as he continues to enhance his reputation as one of the finest defenders in Italy.

Italian Serie A club Inter Milan reported to sign Barcelona and Portugal Playmaker Deco. Inter Milan already make a €6m bid for Deco and now await for Barcelona response to their bid. Inter reported to sign Deco to replace his Portuguese compatriot, Luis Figo. There is still no response from Barcelona according to Inter bid, but Barcelona previously preparing to offer Deco a new contract until 2010, which is reported to be worth €20m to the player.
English Premiership club Chelsea, Liverpool and Manchester United previously also reported to sign Deco but no offer has made yet to Barcelona from the premiership club sides.

Spanish Primera Liga giant club Barcelona reported to make a £20M bid for Real Zaragoza brothers players Diego and Gaby Milito. Both Diego and Gaby performance against Barca on the weekend convinced Barcelona directors to firm up their initial interest in the Argentines.

After breaking the news to made an offered to sign £2 million for Turkish 12-year-old Muhammad Demirci , Barcelona reported fail to transfer Demirci from Besiktas. Muhammad Demirci won’t be moving to Catalan giants Barcelona but will instead likely remain at Besiktas Istanbul for a further two years. Demirci advisor Seyit Ates said to Turkish the Anadolu newsagency. The reasons the deal fell through was because Barcelona failed to agree to allow the 12-year-old’s family to travel with him to Spain.
