Scottish Premier League club Glasgow Rangers reported to sign Liverpool and England soccerstar Robbie Fowler on free transfer. Liverpool manager Rafa Benitez confirmed on May 11th 2007 that Fowler would be leaving at the end of the 2006-07 season.
“Robbie doesn’t need three or four chances to score. If he gets one, he pops it away because he has a fantastic array of finishing. He can dink it, he’s good in the air and has a powerful left peg. He’s a clever finisher and it would be a big plus for Rangers if they signed him” said Rangers player Gary McAllister.
Fowler’s career began with Liverpool, with whom he made his debut in 1993. Fowler scored 120 premiership goals for Liverpool in an eight year period. He subsequently played for Leeds United and Manchester City F.C., before returning to Liverpool in January 2006.

English Premiership club Liverpool reported to sign Israeli and West Ham United Midfielder Yossi Benayoun. After unsuccessful £3m bid last week Liverpool will try to increase their bid to £4.5million. “I’m honoured a club like Liverpool is interested in me. I’m contracted to West Ham so we will have to see what happens,” Benayoun said.
Yossi Benayoun considered by many to be the best Israeli footballer playing today. Benayoun is known for being a virtuoso, capable of dazzling dribbles, perfect volleys and brilliant passes.

English Premiership club Liverpool reported to loan Barcelona 18-year-old Soccerstar Marc Crosas with a permanent option should he perform well at Anfield. Marc Crosas is the member of Barcelona B squad, unfortunately Barcelona B being relegated to the fourth tier of Spanish football so Brca management are set to loan out several members of their second team to gain more experience.
Marc Crosas has admitted that he is happy with a move to the Premiership as he known well that a chances to perform with Barca team is limited. “After FC Barcelona, English football is my main passion,” Crosas said.

English Premiership club Liverpool reported to sign striker Darren Bent from relegated Premiership club Charlton Athletic with a £14million cost. Bent is No 1 target of Liverpool manager Rafael Benitez for the next season preparation. Bent excellent performance last season with 15 goals must be the reason why Benitez interest for the striker.
