Siena To Sign AC Milan Striker Ronaldo

SoccerFiesta.net - Brazilian and AC Milan soccerstar Ronaldo reported to move to other Italian Serie A team Siena when January windows transfer open. “The deal is still up in the air, and it remains to be seen what will happen, however I can assure you that we are a chance,” said an optimistic Siena president Giovanni Lombardi Stronati. “If Ronaldo wants to become on the first lineup again and get back in to shape and the playing field, we can help him. Manchester United To Sign The “New Ronaldinho”

David Beckham Featured In Panasonic And Best Buy Campaign

Los Angeles Galaxy soccerstar David Beckham reported to feature in latest Panasonic Panasonic and retailer Best Buy ads campaign. Beckham will be featured with three other Major League Soccer player Cuauhtemoc Blanco (Chicago Fire), Davino (FC Dallas) and Juan Pablo Angel (New York Red Bulls).

The aim of this campaign is to drive Hispanic consumers who are fans of soccer so it will be anchored by outdoor in cities with large Hispanic populations, including Los Angeles, Chicago and Houston. The theme of this campaign is “Panasonic Viera HDTV. El futbol llega al alma pero entra por los ojos,” which translates to: “Soccer reaches the soul but enters through the eyes.”

Although not of Hispanic descent, Beckham “is an international star who crosses ethnic lines,” said David Wright, vp, partnership marketing at MLS/Soccer United Marketing, New York. “And, of course, Blanco, Davino and Angel are major stars in the Hispanic community.” Wright said the effort is part of a trend that has seen “significant increase in activation from all of MLS’s marketing partners.”

“The New David Beckham” Lee Martin To Play For Nottingham Forest

Manchester United player, Lee Martin, who also known as “The New David Beckham” reported to play for other Premiership club Nottingham Forest. Forest manager Colin Calderwood looks Lee Martin to strengthen his squad ahead of a competitive campaign. United manager Sir Alex Ferguson is not interested to sale Martin and keen for the youngster to get some match experience and only allowed him to move on loan for the season.

Other English club Birmingham previously also interested to sign the winger as the Blues member to aim for a quick return to England’s elite. Now both Forest and Birmingham will battle it out to complete the signing.
