The Hit Song of Thai international pop diva Tata Young “I Believe” named as the official song of the 2007 Asian Cup. Tata Young also will perform on the opening ceremony of 2007 Asian Cup in Rajamangala Stadium on July 7, when Thailand will face Iraq.
Tata Young is a Thai American singer, model and actress. Tata became an international success with the release of her first English-language album I Believe in 2004. In 2007, Tata recorded her single “Zoom” in Simlish for the top-selling PC game The Sims 2: Seasons. Tata has recently announced that she will be promoting her album throughout Europe during 2007 and 2008.
Sixteen national teams will play in the 2007 Asian Cup Final July 7-29. The tournament will be host in four South East Asia country Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia and Indonesia. The final will be hosted by Indonesia.
Final match of the UEFA Champions League 2007, AC Milan versus Liverpool in Athens. AC Milan beat Liverpool 2 - 1. Filippo Inzaghi goals on 45′ and 82′ bring the seventh UEFA Champion League title for AC Milan. Dirk Kuyt made a late goal for Liverpool in 89′. There is no miracle this time for Liverpool on this final.
Spanish Primera Liga club Sevilla to retain UEFA Cup after beat their spanish rival Espanyol on the 3-1 penalty shoot-out final victory at Hampden Park, Glasgow. The games ended 2-2 after 120 minutes. “We have a right to say that this is the greatest moment in the history of the club,” said Sevilla club president Jose Maria del Nido. “We are double European champions and are going for three trophies this season. This team only knows how to win. I’m convinced that the league title will be ours, we deserve it more than anyone else” Jose Maria del Nido added.
Manchester United beat AS Roma 7 - 1 on second leg of UEFA Champions League Quarter-Final in Old Trafford 10 April 2007. Michael Carrick and Cristiano Ronaldo scored twice and Alan Smith, Wayne Rooney and substitute Patrice Evra got one each as they romped to their biggest European win since 1968. Manchester United goes to Semi Final with 8 - 3 aggregate win over AS Roma.
