Chelsea Join AC Milan For Brazilian Fullback Paulo Ilsinho
English premiership club Chelsea reported their interest to sign Sao Paulo fullback Paulo Ilsinho. Chelsea already made contact with Ilsinho agents about a move to London next season. Ilsinho, 21 year-old Brazil international, also interested by Italian Serie A club AC Milan. Sao Paulo has confirmed that £6 million cost should pay to transfer Ilsinho.
Paulo Ilsinho began his professional career in Palmeiras in the beginning of the year (2006), and only capped 5 times. He was sold to São Paulo FC in the middle of the year, to replace Cicinho, who nowadays plays in Real Madrid.
On March 8, 2007 he was called up to the Brazil squad for the first time for the friendlies against Chile and Ghana, and made his international debut against Ghana on March 27, 2007
