Tottenham Hotspur Ready To Bid For Liverpool Striker Peter Crouch

English Premiership club Tottenham Hotspur reported by People is ready to bring England striker Peter Crouch from the rival club Liverpool. Crouch is the top target of Tottenham manager Martin Jol.
However Tottenham is not alone to interest Crouch. Liverpool manager Rafael Benitez admitted recently that several Italian clubs had also been in touch about Crouch’s availability.
The England international could be surplus to requirements at Anfield as manager Rafa Benitez adjusts his sights in the market following the recent takeover by American billionaires Tom Hicks and George Gillett.
