ron because he is too talented to play at LA GALAXY. If he comes back from retirement he should play at least at the Italian League. And if he accepts this deal he’s probably really hungry for money. But it’s his decission so I will support him no matter what

Zidane is not going to play with the Galaxy. He may come to MLS, and he may not, but he certainly will not be playing with the Galaxy. 1st of all, the Galaxy is lacking a 2nd DP spot to pick up another big signing. Most importantly, though, is money. I wrote a whole post on that issue. For simplicity in a comment: Zidane will not go to LA.

I am French and I love Zinedine Zidane, and I think LA Galaxy is one day going to be as good as European Clubs. and it would be a great oportunity for both Zidane and LAG, I heard that otherwise Ronaldo would go to LA. I live in Sydney, Australia, and clubs here have no money and no good players …
So I think that Zidane should join LAG or a French Club, none of them are in the semies of the Champions League! Its been unfortunatly taken over by the Premierleague!

I am a builder here in Houston, TX and a major soccer freak (of Italian heritage). Now, I have spoken with the Dynamo organization due to the fact that within two years a stadium must start construction for our city. THEY TOLD ME ABOUT THE LA GALAXY AND ZIDANE … pretty much could happen (they also said other transfers could be coming to other teams by next trade deadlines). All in all nothing about our team (the Dynamo) who obviously could use some help right now in our standings (a “magician” would be awesome to have).

Rumor has it here today on am570 radio in Los Angeles, CA that the LA Galaxy are also trying to get Ronaldo as well as well. Might as well give them the damn trophy, if that happens. Apparently the Galaxy have even talked to Ronadinho’s team, about possibly buying out his contract as well. Jesus…Beckham, Ronaldinho and Ronaldo all on the same team? Why even play at that point. Not to mention Ronaldinho destroys the competion in the European leagues, can you imagine what he would to do MLS? Wow..

well im from LA and i would like it if Zidane comes over to play for Galaxy… after all he is my soccer idol, and if ronaldo comes along too that would be great! about ronaldinho, i agree that it would be too soon and that the spanish premeire league will give him more prestegious awards for the work he does so coming over to LA would be too soon… but also if he does come… imagine the possibilities!!!! woo hoo!!!! ok later people im out!

Another superstar would really propel the MLS’s popularity. Data shows that Beckham made the league money this and last year. Money makes a league grow. Another star will propel the league financially. The same is true in Europe, Leagues pay and in return get paid. It is that simple!
